Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney Experience: 3-9 years preferred Location: Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with attorneys and partners on legal initiatives - Prepare pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs - Provide effective and timely communication and legal advice to clients and claims - Manage assigned cases efficiently and effectively - Provide guidance and mentoring to prelitigation case managers and support staff - Analyze and summarize legal documents
Qualifications:
- Active Arizona Bar License in good standing - 3-9 years of experience in Personal Injury Law - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong written and verbal communication abilities - Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Westlaw - Reliable and dependable
