Law Firm: Brandon J. Broderick Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney Location: Fox Chapel, PA Salary: $175,000—$225,000 USD Benefits: Full Time Employees and Part Time Employees over 30 hours per week
Responsibilities:
• Manage a high volume of personal injury cases, ensuring exceptional client representation and satisfaction. • Oversee all aspects of case management, including strategy development, negotiations, and trial preparation. • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and handle complex motion practice. • Collaborate with senior management on developing and implementing firm-wide strategies, goals and initiatives. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI’s), utilizing data to drive decision-making and improve performance. • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, professional development and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active Pennsylvania Bar license. • Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing personal injury law with a focus on the plaintiff side. • Proven track record of managing a high volume of cases and achieving successful outcomes. • In-depth understanding of key performance indicators and reporting metrics within a legal setting. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive work environment.
H2: Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $175,000—$225,000 USD, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package to our full-time employees and part-time employees working over 30 hours per week. This includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, and sick time.
