Salary Range: $150,000-$200,000 USD per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from initiation through resolution. - Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. - Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies. - Represent clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings. - Negotiate settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. - Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to devise case strategies. - Stay updated on changes in personal injury laws and legal trends.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. - Active license to practice law in New York, in good standing. - Minimum of 3 years of experience handling personal injury cases in New York. - Proficient in litigation skills, including drafting legal documents and conducting depositions. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
