Law Firm Seeks Spanish-Speaking Personal Injury Attorney
Are you a compassionate and dedicated attorney with a passion for helping injured clients? Do you have experience in personal injury law and fluency in Spanish? If so, William Mattar, P.C. wants you to join our team as a Personal Injury Attorney (Spanish Speaking).
We are the largest motor vehicle accident firm in New York, with over 30 years of experience and a proven track record of successful outcomes for our clients. Our firm handles a high volume of auto accident cases across the state, and we are seeking attorneys who are motivated to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, particularly within the Spanish-speaking community.
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive salary range from $75,000 – $150,000 base, with potential incentives up to $200,000 Generous benefits package Excellent training and mentoring Supportive team environment focused on client service Opportunities for professional development
Responsibilities:
Meet with prospective clients to evaluate potential cases, providing compassionate counsel in both English and Spanish. Conduct thorough investigations to build strong cases. Negotiate assertively with insurance carriers to maximize compensation. Represent clients in hearings, trials, and legal proceedings. Collaborate with attorneys and firm management on caseload and strategy. Make yourself available to prospective clients outside regular hours.
Requirements:
1-10 years of personal injury experience. Excellent communication and client counseling skills in both English and Spanish. Strong work ethic and passion for helping injured clients. Licensed to practice law in New York.
