Job Description
Local law firm is seeking an experienced personal injury and litigation paralegal to provide litigation support to attorneys.
The following experience is required:
Management and coordination multiple plaintiff case files. Handling all aspects of the case. General case management such as ordering and organizing medical records and documents to prepare chronologies and medical specials itemizations; Heavy client contact; Drafting of simple pleadings, subpoenas, affidavits and other litigation support documents; Participation in trial preparation and assistance; Ability to contact lien holders and update/dispute/negotiate as necessary Preparation of settlement distributions and allocations; Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
This is a full-time position in our Downtown Chicago. Benefits provided.
