Scope of Work: Project manager for admin & marketing tasks as requested by MD Coordinate the daily operation with all sections of the firm. Organizing client tracking, case files and service reviews. Organizing and attending meetings as and when necessary Perform all-round secretarial duties including managing day-to-day correspondence Scheduling appointments and organizing meetings, inter office correspondence, making travel arrangement for business trips, presentation & website materials preparation, company documentation and filing Dealing with correspondence and writing letters Organize, maintains and updates a central filing system for easy retrieval of information Welcoming and looking after visitors. Creating a good image and professionalism for the firm. Manage business development projects Work with team members, managers, and MD to assist in company operations Other tasks as requested by MD Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience as PA, admin, secretarial or in a similar role. Good computer literacy, speed and accuracy essential. (MS Office, Excel, Zoho CRM) Good written and oral communication skills in English. Prefer TOEIC score 800 or higher Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised Intelligent, confident and easy going personality Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Benefits: Health insurance 5-day work week Performance bonus
