Responsibilities:
- Oversee talent acquisition and development processes within the organization - Collaborate with department heads to align talent strategy with company goals - Attract, recruit, and retain top talent for the firm - Foster positive employee experience and promote company culture - Build relationships with candidates, leadership team, and employees - Understand and implement talent acquisition strategies - Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously - Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive data with confidentiality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field - 3 years of experience in human resources - Strong communication skills - Knowledge of HR laws - Proficiency in typing - Fluent in Spanish - No criminal record

Compensation:
Negotiable based on experience, with a starting gross compensation opportunity ranging from $41,600 to $64,000. Base hourly rate starting at $20.00 health benefits, bonus earnings opportunity, and other benefits. Our unique Bonus Earnings Opportunity allows for significant salary increases after the first year of employment.
