Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for biweekly, quarterly, and annual pay periods in a high-volume environment - Ensure accurate and timely payments to employees, including taxes and withholdings - Manage employee paperwork and processes, including onboarding, benefits, and HRIS system - Communicate with employees on payroll and benefit issues - Organize and maintain electronic personnel files - Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and solve problems
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher preferred - 2-4 years of related experience - Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Strong attention to detail and ability to calculate numbers
