- Prepare accurate quotes for loan payoffs and reinstatements in a timely manner - Manage daily workloads through various website portals - Respond promptly to internal and external emails, telephone calls, and facsimiles - Communicate effectively with clients, title companies, attorneys, and borrowers - Process fees and costs requests - Maintain internal case management systems for workload tracking and reporting - Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office products such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe or Foxit - Ability to organize, flag, prioritize, and manage a large volume of electronic and telephonic communications - Experience with BKFS, CaseAware, and TEMPO preferred - Comfortable working with numeric figures in a fast-paced environment - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects - Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change - Strong organizational skills - Team player with good command of the English language - Analytical and problem-solving skills
Requirements

As a Payoff & Reinstatement Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately preparing quotes for loan payoffs and reinstatements in a timely manner. You will also manage daily workloads through various website portals and communicate effectively with clients, title companies, attorneys, and borrowers. To be successful in this role, you must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office products such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe or Foxit. Experience with BKFS, CaseAware, and TEMPO is preferred but not required. You should also be comfortable working with numeric figures and be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects. A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change are also important qualities for this position.
