Are you a mid-level patent prosecution attorney with 1-7 years of experience? Do you have a strong technical background, specifically with an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline? We are currently seeking mid-level patent prosecution attorneys to join our team and work independently on a variety of cases. Our ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, specifically with an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline. Registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office is also required for this position.
Responsibilities: • Work independently on patent prosecution cases • Conduct legal research and provide analysis • Prepare and file patent applications • Communicate with clients and provide updates on case progress • Attend meetings and hearings as necessary • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff
Requirements: • 1-7 years of experience as a patent prosecution attorney • Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering or related discipline • Registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office • Strong technical background • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
