Job Description
Preferred Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm managing patent prosecution dockets.
Experience in IP operations responsibilities.
Experience with Symphony IP management system.
Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved education program.

Salary Information:

Salary range: $65,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience and location.
Bonus target: 5-10% of base salary, based on company and individual performance.
Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.

Job Title: Patent Paralegal III
Experience: 5-7 years of patent prosecution experience with a Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved education program.
Salary: $65,000 - $95,000 per year, with a bonus target of 5-10% of base salary.

Responsibilities:
- Support 4-6 patent attorneys/agents with their prosecution dockets
- Engage in a variety of IP operations responsibilities
- Manage IP data and records in the IP management system
- Develop standard operating procedures and provide training and technical support
- Collaborate with colleagues across global locations
- Provide backup support as needed

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved education program
- 5-7 years of patent prosecution experience
- Notary Public or willingness to become one

Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of patent lifecycle and patent prosecution country law and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Adobe Acrobat, and collaboration platforms
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Experience in project management and process improvement
- Flexibility to work overtime with minimum travel
