Job Description
Patent Attorney Candidate's duties will include patent application preparation and prosecution, client counseling and opinion work. Should have 1-3 years of experience in patent prosecution, a B.S. degree in EE, CS or ME, and also be registered to practice before the USPTO. Experience with foreign-originated prosecution is a plus. Excellent credentials, exceptional technical writing ability, and attention to detail are essential.
