Job Description
Patent Agent The candidate should have 2 years of experience to assist in patent preparation the prosecution, drafting patent opinions, IP diligence, and strategic IP business counseling. Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a graduate level degree in Chemistry or Biology. Must possess outstanding academic credentials, excellent writing, and advocacy skills to effectively communicate with inventors, clients, examiners, and Nyemaster IP Law team members, and a motivation to deliver high-quality work on schedule to clients.
