PARTS MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
*Manage and train employees as needed. *Develop effective parts processes to manage inventory levels. *Identify and resolve day to day issues in the parts department. *Manage all purchase orders and resolve product or quantity discrepancies with vendors. *Do monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. *Create QuickBooks estimate on all service work. *Manage consigned parts inventory. *Have weekly meetings to discuss processes and go over any parts or vendor issues that may need addressed. *Double check parts applied to shop orders to ensure accuracy. *Coordinate periodic cleaning and organizing of all shelves. *Manage emergency storm response parts availability. * Manage Warranty process. *Duties always subject to change in our on growing business.
