As the first point of contact for our clients and guests, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the professional image of our office.
As a part-time receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting clients and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Your duties will also include maintaining the appearance of the office, receiving and sending mail and couriers, and handling maintenance calls. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering office supplies and troubleshooting photocopiers and printers.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year experience in a professional office environment. Experience in handling a busy reception area is a plus. Basic to intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel are required, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly demeanor is a must!
In this role, you will also be responsible for entering new clients into our database and opening client files. Office filing and updating file indexes will also be part of your daily duties.
