Job Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming phone calls from potential clients. - Evaluate potential clients' needs and current situation. - Direct potential clients to the appropriate attorney, send welcome packages, or provide information on other resources. - Process website leads and referrals in the same manner. - Follow up with potential clients. - Use free time to follow up with existing clients and determine how we can better serve their needs.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with computers. - Pleasant and upbeat on the phone. - Able to compile information quickly and pay attention to details. - Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.

Schedule:
- Part-time, with 2-4 shifts per week including some possible Saturdays. - Shifts are either 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
