Responsibilities of the Paralegal:
- Provide case managerial support to a busy attorney team - Review and analyze complex medical records - Organize and prioritize heavy complex litigation workload - Work independently and with support staff - Proactively manage cases and help build an extraordinary team
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Exceptional analytical and reasoning skills - Minimum eight years of law firm experience in complex civil litigation - Experience with medical record analysis and document management systems - Trial experience strongly preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with focus on Excel - Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certificate required
