Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepare and review contract documents to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Advise managers on potential improvements or issues related to contracts. Manage Certificates of Insurance with subcontractors and vendors. Make recommendations for contract revisions. Maintain accurate and organized contract documents. Report and assist with insurance claims. Support General Counsel with legal matters. Analyze claims data and generate reports. Oversee job closeout process with subcontractors to ensure completion. Cultivate professional relationships with employees and business partners. Provide administrative support and assistance with special projects.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required. Certificate in Legal Assistant/Paralegal studies preferred. At least five years of experience in contracts and/or litigation. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Proficiency in DocuSign, Dropbox, and Microsoft Office.
