Law Firm is currently seeking a highly motivated Paralegal who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team. This is a part-time or full-time position, ideal for a law student or entry-level to mid-level professional with at least two to three years of immigration law experience. If you are detail-oriented, able to manage a heavy workload, and have a passion for immigration law, we want to hear from you!
As a Paralegal at Law Firm, you will have the opportunity to develop your case management skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment. You will also have the chance to learn from experienced legal professionals, build strong client relationships, and gain valuable training and experience in the field of immigration law.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit applications/forms to USCIS - Submit filings to the Immigration Court - Update client information on the case management database - Provide administrative and clerical support - Assist attorneys with case management and other tasks as assigned - Regularly communicate with clients and respond to inquiries
Qualifications:
- Must be FLUENT in Spanish and English - Excellent communication skills - Familiar with Immigration Court and USCIS procedures - Able to multi-task and productive in a fast-paced environment - Minimum 1 year of experience as an immigration paralegal/law clerk or similar position preferred
