Law Firm Seeks Experienced Paralegal for Boise Office - Hands-on role supporting attorneys in Insurance Defense litigation - Opportunity to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
Responsibilities: - Organize and analyze documentary evidence - Draft and prepare correspondence and other written documents - Handle subpoenas and discovery requests - Conduct legal research and investigate witnesses and experts - Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts - Monitor files and escalate issues as needed - Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: - 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation - Experience with subpoenas and discovery - Advanced computer skills - Critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Paralegal certificate a plus
Physical Demands: - Mostly sedentary position with occasional standing and walking - Engage in bending, stretching, and reaching - Use of office equipment and computers - Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds - Regularly required to see, talk, and hear
Working Conditions: - Primarily indoor office environment with varying noise levels and temperatures - May be interrupted from time to time
