We are a multidisciplinary law firm located in Iselin, NJ, and we are currently seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our growing team.
As a Paralegal with Cipriani & Werner P.C., you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of litigation cases and handle a range of responsibilities. Your main responsibilities will include preparing motions, discovery demands and responses, coordinating with medical providers to obtain records, and scheduling expert discovery such as IMEs and inspections.
To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma or GED, with an Associate's degree preferred. Additionally, you must have at least 2 years of prior paralegal experience, with 5 years preferred. Previous experience in litigation is also preferred. Proficiency in Word, Excel, billing software, and e-document management software is required.
