Law Firm Seeking Experienced Paralegal for Full-Time Position in Henderson, NV
Salary Range: $50,000 - $90,000 Annually

Job Summary:
- Performs complex duties with limited supervision - Collects and organizes medical records for case preparation - Coordinates with relevant parties for timely presentation of disclosures - Identifies and arranges expert witnesses for cases - Handles light motion practice, including drafting and filing motions - Assists attorneys with various tasks for case management - Prepares court orders and other legal documents under attorney supervision
Qualifications:
- Ability to navigate through vast amounts of medical records efficiently - Experience with electronic filing systems and NRCP - Prior experience in medical malpractice or long term care defense preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Paralegal certification or equivalent experience preferred
Physical Demands:
- Mostly sedentary position with occasional standing, walking, and reaching - May engage in lifting up to 20 pounds - Regularly required to see, talk, and hear
Working Conditions:
- Indoor office environment with varying noise levels and temperatures - May be interrupted from time to time
