Role Summary:
- Draft title affidavits, commitments, and final policies - Maintain communications with underwriters - Perform pre-closing title process - Collect vendor letters and necessary documents - Review surveys, term sheets, contracts, and title work - Utilize firm resources to achieve client goals - Create files, invoices, and organize paperwork and emails - Prepare and analyze construction loan endorsement requests
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of paralegal experience - Paralegal certificate or undergraduate degree - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience recording billable time - Strong attention to detail and organization - Client-focused mindset - Experience with real estate records review and summarization - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Proactive and self-motivated
