**Job Responsibilities:**
- Opening new client files - Opening and reporting claims to insurance companies - Placing lien holders on notice - Drafting representation letters - Obtaining police reports - Ordering medical records/bills - Assisting clients with scheduling medical treatment - Assisting clients with property damage claims - Frequently communicating with clients - Drafting settlement demands - Maintaining and updating our case management software - Drafting legal documents (petitions, propound/respond to discovery, prepare deposition notices, schedule depositions, and issue subpoenas).
**Qualifications:**
- Kind, compassionate, service-oriented, respectful, collaborative, resourceful, ethical, responsible and trustworthy - Self-motivated - Accountable for results - Meticulous attention to accuracy, detail, and organization - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in all Microsoft Office 365 based computer programs - Proficient in case management software - Proficient in LexisNexis - Ability to multi-task and function positively in a fast-paced environment - Ability to make timely decisions in the face of obstacles, difficulties, and challenges - Experience is desired but not required
**Salary and Benefits:**
The offered pay to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the industry, education, etc. Full-time team members receive two weeks of paid vacation, one week of paid sick leave, and about ten paid holidays yearly.
