Essential Job Functions: - Under supervision of a Paralegal, performs tasks to assist legal teams in organizing and preparing critical information for Investment Funds group - Offers meaningful hands-on work experience - Attends training classes and completes requirements for skills enhancement - Prepares and maintains spreadsheets and reports - Reviews investor subscription materials - Assists with pre-closing, closing, and post-closing activities - Provide legal and administrative support to Paralegals and Attorneys in Corporate Department - Proofread, duplicate, and scan documents - Commitment to work overtime as needed - Coordinates with internal resources and outside vendors - Conducts manual and electronic searches and manages databases - Demonstrates effective communication skills - Complies with firm operations, policies, and procedures - Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor's degree required - Fundamental proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Excellent organizational and planning skills - Ability to work independently and within a team - Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality - Eagerness to learn and develop new skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
Technologies/Software: - Strong technical skills required, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Document Management Systems
