Landlord/Tenant Department POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Assisting attorneys in drafting/preparation of correspondence and legal documents pertaining to Landlord/Tenant matters Finalizing legal documents and file with Courts Corresponding with clients, management companies, tenants and the Court via phone and email Creating and maintaining client files Monitoring and calendaring Court dates and deadlines QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: College Degree/Paralegal Certificate preferred – Willing to train the right candidate Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail Strong math, written and verbal communication skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, and Excel Able to multi-task and thrive in a busy environment Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as a team member To apply click here.
