Representative Duties for Paralegal/Judicial Assistant:
- Providing support services for Judge Callahan and her law clerks
- Receiving and assisting visitors
- Answering and screening phone calls
- Preparing correspondence and reports
- Making travel arrangements
- Preparing expense reports
- Assisting with managing the Judge's professional assignments and court-related events
- Coordinating the Judge's travel schedule
- Maintaining office functionality, from ordering supplies to coordinating with other court departments

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree and a paralegal certificate
- At least three years of paralegal experience
- Strong legal and administrative background with a commitment to ethical standards
- High proficiency in English grammar, spelling, and writing
- Proficiency with legal style guides
- Excellent administrative, organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Outlook, and legal research tools
- Experience with Apple products, SharePoint, and coordinating virtual meetings is a plus
- Ability to work well in a small office environment
