**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***, a non-profit organization, is seeking a full-time Paralegal for their Farmworker Rights Project. This position will involve working with low-income and migrant farmworkers in Iowa, providing them with civil legal assistance and empowering them to understand their rights. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and passionate about advocating for vulnerable agricultural workers.

Responsibilities include:
Conducting intake interviews and assisting with initial applications for legal help. Providing support for litigation tasks, such as drafting correspondence and pleadings. Organizing documents and managing case management systems. Potentially representing clients in administrative hearings. Developing outreach plans and materials in English and Spanish. Conducting in-person outreach with the Farmworker Rights team, including statewide travel and evening work.
Location: This position is statewide and can be based out of any of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***'s offices in Cedar Rapids, Council Bluffs, Davenport, Des Moines, Dubuque, Iowa City, Mason City, Ottumwa, Sioux City, or Waterloo.
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree required. Preference given to those with a paralegal degree or equivalent experience. Fluency in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
Salary/Benefits: The salary range for this position is $39,373 - $63,592, depending on experience. **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** also offers excellent fringe benefits, including leave, insurance, and retirement packages. Qualified candidates may also be eligible for a language skills compensation differential of $1,500 per year.
