Summary: Tesla is seeking a talented Paralegal to join their Legal team in Palo Alto, CA. The position will support the Consumer Litigation team and requires 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support internal and external litigation counsel in all stages of litigation - Assist with factual development and analysis of cases - Manage the discovery process and draft legal documents - Communicate with opposing parties and negotiate settlements - Maintain case files and litigation calendar
Requirements:
- 5 years of relevant experience in litigation, with a background in consumer litigation preferred - Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification preferred - Understanding of litigation procedures and strong organizational and communication skills
