Job Title: Paralegal - Commercial Real Estate
Salary Information: The salary for this position starts at $55,000 per year, but may vary based on experience and qualifications.
Experience Information: The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a paralegal role, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.

H2: Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Review, track, and monitor legislation that impacts the company’s products and/or processes • Assist in implementing changes to contracts to comply with legislation/regulations • Assist with paperwork needed by the SEC, IRS, UCC and other regulatory bodies • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to trade, governance, and employee rights • Prepare legal documents and case components, including affidavits, pleadings, appeals, briefs, and closings for attorneys • Assist lawyers with drafting contracts and other legal documents • Partner with legal team on special projects and initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a paralegal role, preferably in the commercial real estate industry • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Paralegal Certificate preferred • Strong Microsoft Office skills • Detail-oriented with excellent drafting skills • Ability to create templates and forms for documents and collect metrics • Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, confidentiality, and collaboration
