Law Firm Seeking Paralegals for Workers’ Compensation and Liability Insurance Defense Positions in Baltimore, MD

Our ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1-2 years of legal experience in either Workers’ Compensation claims or Maryland litigation processes. However, we also value excellent communication, attention to detail, and follow-up skills, so all experienced and driven individuals are encouraged to apply. Some familiarity with case management software, such as Time Matters, is helpful but not required.

As a Paralegal at F&P, you will have the opportunity to work in various practice areas, including Workers’ Compensation and Liability Insurance Defense. You will also be responsible for tasks such as litigation, strategy and/or claims management, drafting pleadings and other legal documents, learning and implementing legal processes, and working independently with hands-on responsibility.
