-**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***® (LIP®) is hiring Full Time Customer Service Specialists in Nashville to provide legal intake services for law firms. -We are seeking polite, caring, and professional specialists with a positive attitude, customer service orientation, and strong communication skills. -This is an in-office position with a split shift schedule. -Responsibilities include receiving incoming client calls, following detailed scripts, filling out intake forms, and maintaining a professional and empathetic attitude. -Requirements for this role include good verbal and written communication skills, active-listening skills, and accurate and fast typing skills. -Applicants must have a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and a high school diploma or GED. -Benefits for Full Time Employees include employee stock ownership, full medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid vacation, and traditional 401K with company matching. -Compensation is $20 per hour with perfect attendance, and $18 per hour without perfect attendance. -Shifts offered include full time (40 hours) and split shift (7:00am-12:00pm, then returning from 3:00pm-9:00pm). -Training will last approximately three weeks, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. -**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

We are seeking individuals with a positive attitude, customer service orientation, and strong communication skills to provide Legendary Service to our clients' callers. This is a split shift position in our Nashville office.
The ideal candidate will have good verbal and written communication skills, a professional phone voice, and active-listening skills. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required as we provide training. This role also requires accuracy and fast typing skills, as well as a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
