*Can you provides professional operational support and assurance to ensure a robust process and control environment exists in the Centre of Excellence (COE)? *Can you ensure Credit professionalism and quality are maintained to the highest standards, with a key focus on accuracy of information and speed of delivery as well as the management of all aspects of operational risk? *Would you like to work in the Operations team in the COE to provide exceptional customer service and drive efficiency and productivity in SME operations?
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN:
*Support the COE in day to day operations. Ensures accuracy of information and speed of delivery to provide exceptional customer service, while also meeting all legislative and compliance requirements. *Manage the Operations process, coordinating with relevant internal and external stakeholders in order to gather the required information and sign-offs to complete the letter of offer. *Maintain Operations standards and work with colleagues to ensure tasks are accurate and up-to-date. *Monitor and maintain Complaints and Errors Management system, ensuring complaints and errors are resolved in a way that meets regulatory requirements and provides the highest standards of customer service. *Investigate, escalate and ensure resolution of any issues with the Operations Team Lead *Conduct necessary Anti-Money Laundering and Fraud processes including administration of MLO duties and ongoing Due Diligence processes. *Ensures personal adherence to AIB standards of credit management, legislative compliance and operational excellence requirements, proactively keeps up to date with the evolving regulatory landscape while maintaining a thorough understanding of the suite of Credit Policies and CARA. *As a member of the COE support the promotion of good communication and teamwork. *Customer engagement via outbound/inbound calls via a recorded system *Call requirements to be met

*Minimum of 2 years' experience in Business Banking *Credit competence and experience *Broad sectoral understanding and local competitor activity *Minimum requirement of APA Loans and APA Savings & Investments. QFA preferable. *Understanding and knowledge of all relevant systems including NAPS, nCino, Credit Grading, FDCT, CMS, WDS, Excel, Microsoft Dynamics *Understanding and knowledge of all relevant policies and procedures
