Aon is looking for an Operations Specialist IIAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Risk, in Lincolnshire, IL Your impact as an Operations Specialist II Job Responsibilities:Reviews certificates of insurance, auto ID cards before issuance to clients.Performs quality control of certificates and auto ID cards issued by GenPact specialists.Produces evidence of insurance posting notices, Auto identification cards, Policy Declaration pages and certificates of insurance based on a client’s request.Perform miscellaneous duties as assignedResearches general questions about auto ID cards and certificates (e.g., coverage, limits, additional certificate wording).You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience:Ability to work 10:00am – 7:00pm shiftPossesses strong organizational skillsDetail-orientedReviews at least 15 service requests per dayExperience with Microsoft office suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast paced environmentTwo or more years Insurance related work experienceInsurance Producers License for state of domicile or passed insurance courses of a similar natureAbility to adapt to technology and learn in-house computer systems Insurance related work experience a plus Education:High school diploma or GEDWe offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
