Overview: - Seeking an attorney to join our Oil & Gas team in our Bismarck office - Will play a key role in advising and supporting client teams on complex issues within the energy and oil & gas sectors - Draft and review commercial agreements and handle transactional real estate matters - Ideal candidate will have an interest in energy, real estate, and regulatory matters - Proactive in seeking opportunities and skilled at effectively managing workload

Qualifications: - Prior legal experience - Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills - Strong academic/professional credentials - J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School - Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly become licensed in ND
