As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities of an Experienced Office Manager:

- Oversee the work of employees to ensure productivity, meeting deadlines, and maintaining company standards.
- Assist employees who may be struggling in their roles, referring them to HR for additional training or disciplinary action if needed.
- Monitor office supplies, furniture, and marketing materials, ordering new items as needed.
- Organize maintenance companies and other vendors to keep the office clean, safe, and in good working order.
