Job Description
Office Clerk The candidate should have prior experience in a legal environment and be familiar with litigation filing and paperwork. The clerk will work closely with the other staff and attorneys. The candidate's responsibilities include: Filing, copying and scanning for multiple attorneys and paralegals; Office errands; Mail back-up responsibilities include pick-up/delivery at post office, distribution and scanning; Shredding; Stocking supplies; Kitchen clean up and maintenance, coffee, dishwasher, etc.
