In this role, you will play a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly and efficiently.

As our Office Assistant, your responsibilities will include managing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining office supplies, filing and organizing documents, preparing documents for filing and mailing, creating new client files, and maintaining and organizing client files. You will also assist with vendor coordination for office maintenance, ordering gifts for clients and colleagues, and delivering gifts as requested. Additionally, you will work closely with our Office Manager to ensure our to-do list is completed efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in an office setting and possess strong organizational skills. You must also be comfortable with office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and scanners, as well as online software and data entry. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, takes ownership of their work and projects, and understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of $19-$20 per hour, sick leave, and paid holidays after 90 days, and free parking. We are also open to discussing a flexible work schedule that works for both parties.
