Office Assistant/Client Concierge - Full Time OR Part Time (Auburn, CA)
A. L. Harvey Law, a boutique law firm specializing in estate planning and business law, is seeking a personable and energetic Office Assistant/Client Concierge to join our team. This role will primarily focus on client communication and file management, and will be the first point of contact for our clients. We are looking for someone who is professional, highly organized, and self-sufficient, with previous office experience (law firm experience is a plus).

Key Responsibilities: • Communicate with clients through phone calls and emails • Support attorneys and paralegals as needed • Manage client files and keep the office organized
Qualifications: • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat DC • Experience with cloud-based applications • Strong organizational, writing, proofreading, editing, and communication skills • Punctual and dependable • Ability to multitask and be flexible
