Law Firm Seeking Experienced Office Administrator for Seattle and Portland Offices
Overview:
- On-site role at Seattle office with some travel to Portland office - Responsible for overseeing office operations and ensuring a positive work environment - Collaborate with Office Leader and Regional Director of Administration - Play active leadership role in planning and organizing community service activities - Spearhead coordination and promotion of office events - Work with Regional Director of Administration on special projects
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Support:
- Provide comprehensive resources and support to attorneys and staff - Foster a culture of collaboration, congeniality, and productivity - Coordinate and promote office events and initiatives - Plan and organize community service activities - Implement programs and policies to boost employee morale and foster community
Office Operations:
- Manage office space operations and liaise with vendors and staff - Ensure efficient resolution of maintenance issues and other operational needs - Collaborate on budget preparation and management - Uphold risk management policies and ensure legal compliance - Be flexible and able to work overtime as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional services firm administration experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Understanding of employment laws and regulations - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively with diverse teams - Proficiency in budget management - Must be able to work from the office and have flexibility for evening and weekend hours

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of $101,000 - $133,000 - Comprehensive and competitive total compensation package - Additional compensation may include annual discretionary merit bonus - Full range of elective health benefits, mental well-being programs, and family care benefits - Flexible Time Off program and paid holidays
