Job Description
Responsibilities: • Offer legal guidance and strategic advice to our legal team • Provide mentorship and training to junior attorneys • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents • Represent clients in immigration court and before government agencies • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies • Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations • Maintain accurate and detailed case records
Qualifications: • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school • Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing immigration law • Admission to the state bar association • Strong understanding of immigration laws and regulations • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
