This position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $145,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, group term life insurance, and 401(k) options.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and handle litigation cases from start to finish, including trials.
• Prepare legal documents such as motions, memorandums of law, and pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and provide file analysis.
• Attend court and arbitration appearances.
• Work a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of litigation experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
