Law Firm Seeking Experienced Municipal & Land Use Attorney for Immediate Opening

Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Represent both private and public clients, including elected officials, in a variety of municipal and land use matters - Attend and maintain a schedule of public and client meetings and conferences - Represent clients in hearings, trials, appeals, and other legal proceedings - Draft necessary legal documents and provide regular updates to clients - Must have a J.D. and be admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania - Minimum of 3-5 years of legal experience in Municipal, Zoning, and Land Use - Strong initiative and ability to market legal practice to attract new clients - Able to work independently and as part of a team - Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask - Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Salary & Benefits:
- Full-time position with competitive salary and benefits package - Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and paid time off - Schedule is Monday to Friday with some evening availability
