**Law Firm Seeks Mid-Level Litigation Associate**
Gardy & Notis, LLP is a prestigious law firm located in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, that is seeking an experienced mid-level litigation associate to join their team. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of state and federal court practice experience, with preferred Corporate, SEC, public company, and Delaware Chancery Court experience.
**Responsibilities of the Mid-Level Litigation Associate** - Drafting pleadings, briefs, and documents - Conducting deposition discovery - Determining the best strategy for litigating cases - Advising clients on legal issues - Representing clients in court - Researching legal issues - Negotiating settlements
**Qualifications of the Mid-Level Litigation Associate** - 3 years of state and federal court practice experience - Preferred Corporate, SEC, public company, and Delaware Chancery Court experience - Strong writing, research, and analytical skills - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
