Job Title: Mid-level Associate Attorney for Law Firm

Responsibilities: - Handle a variety of legal cases in personal injury, labor, employment, workers’ compensation, criminal defense, and family law - Conduct legal research and draft legal documents - Represent clients in court proceedings - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case - Manage and prioritize multiple cases - Attend meetings and participate in firm activities
Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school - Admitted to practice law in the state - 5-6 years of experience in personal injury, labor, employment, workers’ compensation, criminal defense, and family law preferred - Strong research, writing, and communication skills - Ability to handle a high-volume workload and meet deadlines - Team player with excellent interpersonal skills - Portable book of business not required but a plus
