Law Firm Seeks Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate in Providence, RI

Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP, a leading business and litigation law firm, is looking for a talented and driven mid-level commercial litigation associate to join their team in Providence, RI. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3-6 years of experience in litigation to work with a highly respected firm and gain valuable skills and experience in a variety of disputes.
Role Requirements:
- 3-6 years’ experience in litigation - Admission to the Rhode Island Bar - Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials - Strong research, drafting, writing, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients in a professional and practical manner - Engaging with colleagues to develop the best approach for achieving client goals - Working on urgent matters in a timely fashion - Ambition to pursue a long-term career in private practice - Willingness to collaborate with in-office team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous judicial clerkship experience - Admission to the Massachusetts Bar - Experience in a litigation practice at a peer firm - Experience representing clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes
