The position will primarily focus on drafting and negotiating various corporate governance documents, transaction agreements, employment contracts, leases, licensing contracts, and construction and real estate agreements.

Responsibilities: - Draft and negotiate various business and real estate agreements - Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on transactional matters - Conduct legal research and analysis - Maintain and update client files - Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in transactions - Handle all aspects of a transaction from start to finish
