Law Firm is seeking a Mergers and Acquisitions / Corporate Associate Attorney with 1 years of experience in corporate transactions to join our team. **Job Responsibilities:**

- Assist with mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Keep abreast of regulatory changes, industry trends, and relevant case law
- Research legal issues and provide legal opinions
- Manage projects and other tasks with tight deadlines
- Work collaboratively with attorneys, staff, and clients

**Qualifications:**

- 1 years of experience on mergers and acquisitions or other corporate transactions (preferred)
- Excellent academic and professional credentials
- Effective analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to complete projects within deadlines and maintain effective working relationships with all members of the firm
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in a professional, concise, constructive and courteous manner
- Strong work ethic and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for transactions
- Ability to effectively work independently and with legal and business teams
