Position Overview:
As a Senior Medical Malpractice Trial Attorney, you will be responsible for independently managing a caseload involving medical malpractice claims. This will involve working closely with other attorneys, team members, and Partners on legal projects, regularly handling court appearances and depositions, and communicating with clients to provide status reports.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school - Admission to practice in New York - 10 years of trial experience to verdict - Experience in Medical Malpractice and defense litigation - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Legal project management experience is helpful
Compensation and Benefits:
At Wilson Elser, we believe in fair and competitive compensation for our employees. Our pay range for the Senior Medical Malpractice Trial Attorney position is $175,000 - $200,000 USD, with the potential for discretionary bonuses. Final salary wages offered may vary based on individual circumstances. This position is considered full-time and qualifies for benefits including 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
