Job Description
An aggressive, nationally recognized litigation firm seeks an associate to manage complex medical malpractice cases.
Desired skills include at least 5 years’ experience in handling complex medical malpractice litigation; research and drafting of pleadings, depositions, briefs, and significant trial experience. The candidate should also have experience in handling discovery and the management of review of complex documents produced. The ideal candidate will be well versed in complex litigation in medical malpractice.
The day-to-day work will focus on handling your case load, taking depositions, court appearances and dealing directly with clients. This attorney will work closely with the other attorneys in a medium size firm, have direct client contact and will receive exposure to the client development process. Must have strong communication skills, be client-focused, service oriented, respectful to others and possess an excellent attitude and enthusiasm for the task.
